Setup to view a genealogy tree on the Internet

You must follow the following steps if you want to view or edit a genealogy tree (.gno file) within a web browser.

 1.Download Generations. You must have Generations installed on your system to view a genealogy tree in your browser.  To install Generations, simply double-click on geno.exe.
 2.Make sure your browser can host an ActiveX control.  If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 (or later), then you are set.  If you are using Netscape Navigator, you may not be able to view your genealogy tree within the browser unless you install an ActiveX plug-in.

Click on this link to view my family tree.
1. The browser will download the .gno file and prompt to open or save the file to disk.
 2.Select "Open it" and click OK.

If you are not able to view the family tree in your browser then here is a gif image of my attempts at a family tree!! (Not complete) The red dot by David shows that there is a photo attached but you won't be able to view it using this image.
